Hey everyone, I am at the very end of my requirements for surgery, and would love someone to text or email that understand what I'm going through!!! I'm 28 and work full time, I have a almost 8 year old daughter.....So maybe someone who has a child or a few......This is a very stressful process.........Well don't be shy!! I'm not....

I had my surgery in May of this year. I got the gastric bypass done. I live in Augusta, Ga. I would love to be your pen pal. It's hard to find someone *****ally understands the meaning of starting over. I think that we can really support each other.  

I'm looking for an intimate group of wls'ers that would like to be in daily contact with me/the group by phone and/or texting. It would be for daily support re: food, exercise, etc. Mainly to keep us motivated. People could exercise at the same time, even if we're not even in the same state. People could rant, if it will help them to get it out, then back to trying to be positive. It would be wonderful to create possibly lasting friendships/relationships with like-minded individuals.
About me? Single Mom of a teenager; 2 1/2 yrs post-op RNY; 30 pounds from reaching goal; 47 yrs old; Lives in Oregon; Disabled, but am hoping with losing more weight and exercise, I will eventually get back in the workforce; Biggest battles for me? Exercise and keeping the carb monster at bay.
Any takers? Please, only people who are truly dedicated to take time out of their busy day to lift up & inspire others. However, it isn't for individuals who just want to complain & ***** and bring others down.
