Looking for a penpal, that text, write, email.  Be nice to have someone that sorta in a position like me,  I"m pre-op,I"m border line diabets, have pcos. I have to see the dr month to month for a year for the insurance purpose, right now I"m on 4th month.  My marriage is okay, my hubby is over weight, he got cancer.  We do have a good marriage but i"m in my stage of changing, what to get healthy, loose weight and start motivating,  Right now we don't do much, hardly of anything really.  But right now I"m forcusing on "ME"....... 

I'm looking for a female penpal who is a Type 1 diabetic, who (like me) may have issues keeping up taking her blood sugars and is also having/had GBS. I would like to communicate via messaging or e-mail :) 

Wow, you sound like me. I had my RNY 12/17/03 and lost 128 lbs. Never made my goal weight. Gained 43 back when I quit smoking. Lost 23 of that following Weigh****chers and now nothing else will move. I want to lose 40-45 more lbs. I eat just about anything. I can even eat a whole sandwich & some grapes at one meal. I do drink while I eat. So you see I have picked up some bad habits again. I've been all over OH posting and asking for suggestions/help or support and can't get anyone to respond. I don'n even think I remember what I ate that first year when I became part of the Century club (loss of 100+ lbs).
Let me know what you find out regarding reintroducing the plan and how you are getting it started? Very interested in what you do to get things moving again>

Hi Jen that is great you have already lost 70 pounds so far this year tried to get some type of exercise in if you can because sometimes little exercise sometimes can relieve stress, depression, loneliness I know it help for me but the pass couple of years I have not did any exercise like I should because I am still obese after having my gastric bypass surgery 17 years ago I am planning getting an revision done to help me lost the rest of my weight when I had my surgery I weight 438 pounds went down over the years to 260 pounds but gain back to 365 pounds I just about to gain all of my weight back and now I need an knee replacement done on my left knee but the doctor will not operate until I lose the weight so please don't give up hang in there you can do it you have already lost 70 pounds that is a lot of weight remember you can email anytime as well hope to hear from you soon. hi. i had rny gastric bypass on feb 15th of this year. i have lost 70 pounds so far. right now i am having alot of kidney problems. havent been able to exercise too much. but that isnt wls related. email me anytime. i really need friends.
