How are you? I live in Somerville so you arent to far. I am doing ok, I had my band put in on 11/16, its definitly been a learning process. I have lost 20 pounds so far. I gained a little bit when i went onto solid foods, but I guess thats expected. My emal address is [email protected].

I'd like to join the supportive friends group, if you have room for one more. I had my WLS in October 2010 and, while I haven't gained any weight back, my weight loss appears stalled. I read about the pouch test and will be doing this following the holidays. I think I've gotten "sloppy" with some of the behaviours, which has led to stalling. As with one of the others, I don't want to have this get away from me.

I live in Old Bridge NJ.... How have you been? I had my RNY June 24, 2003. Also looking for a support system and friend who can keep me on track. I lost 136 and regained 22. I am trying to ensure it does not get any higher! and one of the tools outside of surgery is surrounding one's self with people going through the same issues. Let's talk! :-)

I gained 22 pounds of the 136 I originally lost. I am desperately trying to get back on track before that 22 becomes 42 becomes 62.. you get the idea...
I had my surgery June 2003. What a great time of it when losing. I maintained 178 for about a year before it started creeping back up.. that was about the time junk food started creeping back into my mouth! ugh!...
Would love to join the support party if y'all will have me!

What an awesome way to start a new year!! I had my surgery Jun 24, 2003. I work in Manhattan, live in NJ.. I would not mind meeting up or chatting online to support you in your decision. It was the BEST decision I ever made.

Hey girl! I'm not having surgery the same day as you, but I figured I'd still reply and say hi! I'm having surgery on January 28.. so just about a month after you. I live in upstate NY, near Cooperstown. :)
