How are you my name is ann and I do know how you feel' I am 57 young. I have just start my journey again.This time i feel im in great company. It can be heart breaking for the floor to come from under your feet. I just thank god because I have little more knowledge so I feel stronger.
I did live in queens when I start my journey in 2207,but since then i have moved on. But penpal can live across the world its exciting. I hope you are doing great have fun. and when you feel up to it pin me back lol.

Topic: recipes needed - help me out
I am new to the process. Roux-en-Y. Surgery wont be until around Thanksgiving (nicely timed!!) I am looking to start adjusting the eatting habits in my household. I am looking for recipes, links, whatever you can offer me. I have to start weaning myself off of iced capp. I drink it for the sugar, not the caffiene. I am not a coffee fan. I planned to wean myself off iced capp by substituting it with a fruit shake/smoothie, but at my first appointment the nurse cut me off juice. Im sorry, but an iced capp can not be substituted with a glass of water!! I also need recipes for helping to diminish my sweet tooth. And dinner recipes. Did I mention I hate fish? *sigh* Okay, give me what you've got. I'm gonna need the help.
