My date is May 31st. I have tried several different ways to lose weight and the weight always comes back. I am looking forward to the changes that are coming my way. I am just trying to stay postive through everything.

Sorry to hear about the divorce, I know what your going thru. As they say been there done that. It does get better I promise.

Now I am doing the lap band and surgery is May 6th, this friday.  I have gone from being super excited to being positive that I am not going to do this. LOL   My reasons in my head for not doing it sound so stupid when I say  them out loud but here goes.  I have tried other diets and been faithful with them and they either dont work or it temporary, so I keep thinking nothing else has worked why do I think this will. LOL

When is your surgery? Have you done the liquid part yet? thats a part that I am not really happy with, the protien drinks for me seem so sweet even without the sugar. I am just not into sweets. Give me salty, bread, butter, mashed potatoes, steak and I am a happy camper. lol
