This is going to sound odd but bring some chap stick!! You WILL be thirsty and you WILL NOT be able to drink much (if anything the first day). My lips got so dry I made my husband go out and buy me some. Blessings on your upcoming  surgery. I had RNY 10 years ago. Doing well!!

I am definitely looking for some help.  I have always wanted to have gastric bypass but can't afford it.  I am looking to lose at least 60 pounds.  I don't have any help from anyone around me.  My husband likes me the way I am but I want to lose it for my health.  I mean I am 23 going on 24 years old with a 2 year old daughter and weight 240 lbs.  I need HELP!!!!

hey baby doll, im not in the exact same boat as you but i say,  if you think you need to do this for yourself and you have a good support system  dont delay,  just do it.  the longer you wait, the olde you get, the harder it is to lose wieght and the more your body falls apart.

ive been in and out of the program since 2003.  kept cowarding out.  now im in it to win it, so to speak.  but still after a year  having a lot of trouble losing that pre surg. weight
