First of all i wish you a speedy recovery and good health :),  I totally agree,you'll need a good lip balm and lotion because i felt like i was in the desert!.I didn't pay attention to my drs list for the hospital and i did get my period  ughhhhh! and they only had these MAXI and i mean MAXI pads to use,they were like little doll mattresses lol. And i needed to stay longer than expected so i made my hubby bring something to clean my hair (tres'eme hair freshner) and it worked pretty well considering you just rub it in and towel dry.last but most important was listerine because my mouth felt gross whenever i woke up due to not being able to drink. lynn

I had my ileosotmy surgery done 2 years ago at Vanderbilt. Small world, huh? Let me know if you get approval from BCBS.

I apologize for not replying sooner.  I developed an ulcer and doing even the basic things was really difficult.  Now that is out of the way...
