anyone else just starting 6 month physician supervised diet?

hi i am going to begin my 6 months of physician supervised weight loss next week. This is going to be a long 6 months, but I will do whatever it takes. This is the only step I have not covered for my insurance. anyone else just starting this stage, i would love to penpal with, kind of like a budy system through the entire prosses. Thanks Pam

Hi Pam i just finnished my 6 months in may. I am now waiting for approval. i actually went through my 1st 6 months in jan 2005 then was denied and went through another 6 months starting nov 2005. my pcp turned in my paperwork the 1st time 14 days too early and i was denied. now just waiting to hear from bc/bs. make sure you do a 100% complete 6 months and your pcp isnt a quack that cant add. good luck misty
