Larissa,
Life is treating me fine. I had the same surgery as you.
I did have complications in the first 2 weeks. Just tired and dehydrated and fever. Didn't know why, but instantly after i started feeling good. Its seems like i'm almost at my normal self.
I went to the doctor not even a month post-op and i lost 22 lbs and 11 inches off my waist (starting at 320lbs.). That was great, for me that is. I cant wait to be HIGH SCHOOL SKINNY (). I cant wait to be healthy.
What excercise besides walking did you do in your first 3 months post-op?
i have clearance to go to the gym,but to take it easy.
I am starting to get bored with my diet, WHAT DO I DO?
Well thank you for responding and hope to hear from you soon.
GOD Bless,
Bridgette
Brigette, When I got bored with my diet.I started making combination of food that i could tolerate like chicken broth, light italian dressing and finely chopped chicken or some time you may have to make a weird one that only taste good to you.Concerning exercise during the first three months beside walking,I excercise with the gazelle by Tony Little and started a weight dumbell program started off with 5 1bs.Also it may be hard in the beginning or your life style to do 20 or 30 minutes staight,It okay to break exercise to 5 or 10 minutes at a time. The most important thing is that you are moving and active.I am glad to hear you lost 22 pounds, keep it up and God Bless, Larissa.
