50 years old surgery date 8/10/05 looking for friend same age

Hi Susan, I had surgery on 11/30/04. I am 51 years old and have lost 104 pounds since then. I also HAD Type 2 and was on glucovance-4 a day and insulin shots at nite. I now am diabetes med free. It has been a real blessing. I started out at 335 pounds. I am down to 232. It is such a great feeling to be able to get the weight off and it to stay. Write anytime. Pammee - Pam Richardson

Susan, Your wls is not far away now. Good luck. I live 1/2 way between Erie and Pittsburgh, PA. I am 56 years. old and weigh a shaple 304. I plan on surgery this fall. I have insuance approval but the hospital I picked turned out to be non-particpating. So I am looking at ones the insurance sent me. Can't wait to get to the other side. I am married 35 years. 2 children and 2 grandchildren. I have lived in this area for 12 years now. Lived in mid state most of my life.
