Just thought ...

I would actually post a message on here! So many of you out there have been my inspiration to get healty ... I am 7 months post op and minus 97 pounds and better yet 99.5" all together ... went from a size 28 to a 16! I feel great but I wonder what you all do to keep the weight off! I am SO terrified it will come back - know of 2 people that it has happened too! What happens to your self-discipline? Some must never have it ... well thank you to all of you for being such a great suport system! Rebekah

just want to say congrats and i hope the pounds just keep coming off. i dont have a date for surgery yet but i finish all my tests on march 29. wish u much success in the future!
