MN penpal wanted please

I'm a 46 year old mother of two that would like to be around to watch them grow. That's why I am going forward with having bypass surgery. I am scheduled to meet with the surgeon on the 24th to set up a date. I would like to find a penpal, that is also moving towards surgery, to talk to about fears etc....Or someone that has just had surgery and would like someone to talk to.

Michelle, I live in Pa. and I know that is far from where you are, I am also anticipating surgery, I have my second consult with the surgeon on March 10th. Candy, Distance doesn't matter because with the miracle of email distance and similar life experiences can bridge the gap as they say I read your profile and the similarities as to what you have and are going threw is amazing. I have a 10 and just turned 16 year old (on Valentines day). My husband and kids are very supportive.I can relate to the help with socks and getting out of breath.Just did a sleep study and am now on a Cpap machine for sleep apnea Use to own a petshop but closed it because of health reasons(mine) so now we have a 125 gal aquarium in our front room and some birds,dogs,horses,cattle,chickens,not all in our front room of course . I've been over weight for as long as I can remember and have tried just about every diet and misc fad without any lasting results. I am to a point in my life that I want to be able to enjoy my kids and do things I have always wanted to do and the pain and weight has been keeping me from doing that.
