Hi Kim, Iam Yolanda but my freinds call me Yo. Iam 20month post and so far have lost 111 pounds. And iam also old enough to be your mom. lol iam 51 but i to live in california. But if u don't mind age over matter anyway. my son is 21yrold. So see we do have some things in common. both single mom's,of son's and live in california and had WLS. HI! my name is Sara. I am 27 years old and live in New York. I have an eight year old daughter and a two year old son. I am eight weeks post op on Thursday, and down 39 pounds. I feel pretty good most of the time. I still have my days where nausea seems to get the best of me, but for the most part I feel really good. When the first twenty pounds were off, I couldn't believe how wonderful I felt! I too, am looking for someone to chat with about anything and everything. Someone that has had WLS as well. I feel sometimes like everyone that I am friends with is tired of hearing about my WLS, so a pal that has had it done would be wonderful.
