Can't stop Grazing

Had successful surgery two years ago this April. Have lost 100#. Have not lost any weight since last spring. I have a problem of grazing all day and all night as I don't sleep good at night. I weigh 225, so still need to lose. Have not streched pouch very much, can never eat any more than 3/4 cup of food. Question is: anyone have same problems? Did you overcome it? What can I do? I had surgery in 2001 & still just "graze." I don't usually eat meals. I have had a lot of problems with vomiting every since surgery, so grazing has proved helpful for me in getting food down. Don't know how to overcome the grazing urge either. So, if you figure it out....please let me know. Therese
