Im just getting started too. Ive had my consult, pysch eval and see the nutritionist on the 15th. I still have to find all the Dr supervised wt loss documentation but I hoping my PCP will help. Iam 42, married 17 years . I have been heavy my whole life and its just been in the last 2 years that its caught up with me. Diabetes Hypertension sleep apnea etc etc, I want to be around awhile and see my son grow up. So, Im in for surgery. I cant wait to do it. I just wish I had done it earlier. Lets chat often. Hi girl from northern California, I am abouty29 days post op and lost approx. 38 lbs. Everything went better than i would expect. I have had no problems with dumping, sickness, anything. I started eating foods the day after the surgery.
