4 months post-op and looking for advice

Hi everyone, JUst looking for someone who has been out a little longer then myself who wouold like to be a friend and advice giver. I have lost 113 lbs so far but I feel like since my appetite is coming back that I could be eating some of the wrong things or eating too much in general. I am 35 years old and live in the beautiful state of Tennessee.
