Looking for a Pre Op penpal

I'm looking for someone to chat with who has yet to go in for their surgery. I'm just in the process of doing my pre op visits to the nutritionist and getting my psych evaluation. Wanting to share my experiences and worries with someone who is at the same stage as myself.. Kelly

Hi Kelly, I finally got approved for my surgery last Friday. My surgery date is 12/7. I would love to be a pen pal. I am sure my family would love for me to have someone else to talk to. It was nice to here from you. You said you had to go to two more meetings before getting a date. Are these support meetings? I saw my surgeon one time, then had my psych eval and dietary eval. Then I waited for insurance approval. Now I am waiting for them to call me to set up pre op stuff. Suppose to have done within 7 days of surgery. How long have you been working on this?
