nedd a penpal at least 3 years out that can help me reach my goal
hi everybody,
i am new to this site. i am 3yrs out and very frustrated, for i have not yet reached my personal weight goal. after all the hard work i am still considered obese and that freaks me out. Do you think weigh****chers may work for me? i would like to lose about 40 more pounds. i have already lost about 185. i know i have to work harder for my weight loss now and i don't mind that i just need to know which way will work best for me. weigh****chers or low carb! also i need to know from some of you at least 3yrs outers....how much food can you eat now at a sitting. how many calories are you taking in?????
please help i am sooooo discouraged and i am desparate for helpful info

How about 2 1/2 years? Close enough? I am not at goal either. I am considered overweight at this point. Still better than before! I can eat a 6" subway steak and cheese with a few chips at one sitting. I can eat a burger and a few very few fries. I don't count cals. Too depressing! Some days I eat too much chocolate. Some days to much candy. Some days just too much! Other days, I am normal. Most days. I found that I am still losing weight but it is very slow. A pound or two every month or two. I have become so much more active. We moved to a new house so that helped. Just have been moving my body more. Do you exercise? I haven't done any formal routine but just more work around the house.
