Hello Kendal, I go threw fazes about takeing the surgery and trying to loose it or find a way that works to loose it. My stomic is slow and it feels at times like i have had surgery. If I eat a whole sandwich my stomic hurts and ackes afterwords. Then after two hours it goes away. Then its time to eat again when you eat six small meals so I only eat two small ones sometimes three. It's usually one idem too. I have refluze and Crohns disease but been inactive for sometime so the dirarea is no problem for me I have had it for 10 years. So some of the problems people talk about on the site I already have I just wounder if by haveing surgery if they will become worse effects I have the nausa after eating too. Some days I feel like nothing can stop me I am having it! Then other days it keeps me in line to loose so I one day they tell me I have to have it......I am still keeping my appointment. The only people I can count on is one friend who had it and my primary dr. I am doing it for me but that little bit of support is pushing me on days I get nervious. IF I loose I go to 250-260 . When I get to 250 something happens and i want to eat six small meals a day I Balloon back to 260. So am I really loosing or not? I DON"T think so. Thanks for being my pen pale. I have been on geodon for depression and finally got off of it ......it was makeing me sick. I feel like a new person now . I see my dr. for gastric by pass on Wendsday. I am so excited . I got alote of my test out the way from other procedures so I can curious to how soon they will pass all the other test to me dates etc. Kellie

Hello everyone! I saw my sergen and he said he would do me but I have to pass all my pre test. Since I have depression I must get a letter of permission from my dr. and I have Chrowns disease of the colin in active and need a letter from my stomic dr. He already did a upper gi that turned out good but I have to have a small bowel exray and a lower colinosopy. If he sees any chrohwns at all I can't have the surgery. I haven't had a scope and had been in remission for 3 years.. So I can use all the prayers I can get . Thanks, Kellie
