VT Pre-op Looking for Post-Op Pen Pal for information and support

I'm 23 (24 in August ) living in Vermont, and I've been waiting for YEARS to have Gastric Bypass surgery. I've done lots of research, and am confident in my ability to use it as a tool to help me loose my almost 250 lbs of excess weight. I would love to find some people to talk to who have been through the surgery and have already lost the weight, or are loosing the weight. I would LOVE some friends to go out with and spend time with but even people just to talk to would be wonderful! I would also love to hear about what people chose to do after they lost the weight. I am curious about the option of Plastic Surgery, what made you choose it or not choose it, are you glad you did it or didn't do it, what was the issue with insurance or cost out of pocket, etc. It's the only thing I haven't done any research about, and all of a sudden I've been hearing a lot about people having it done, especially after having WLS.
