I am a mom of two girls, aged 20 and 12 and I run a thrift store, I am aged 45 and a single mom. It would be great to support and receive support from someone going through the same thing.

Hello. I'm 38, from Pennsylvania and scheduled for laproscopic gastric bypass for January 9, 2014. I've never had surgery and am really very nervous (but excited, too!) I would love to have a great friend to go through this with, and for a very long time to come.  Unfortunately, my support system is limited, and having someone who's experiencing the same things as I am would help.

Hi if anyone is still looking for a Pen Pal, I'm 39 female from PA. Married w/3 kids. I'm a transplant to the east coast so I dont have much of a support system. I've been so consumed taking care of my kids that I never took the time for myself to make friends after I moved here. It would be great to go through this journey with someone who understands.
