Looking for a pen pal/ workout buddy in hampton Roads VA( RNY)

Hi, I had my RNY on June 19th and i would like to have find someone to chat with and vent with not to mention learn with. I am a mom and my kids are teens now so they are off on their activities most of the time. It's time for mom to take care of herself and get healthy for a better second half of life! I'm a possitive person and i like to learn from others as well as share my own knowledge with others.
