Considering Gastric Sleeve surgery in Miami, FL

Hi, I've been researching this procedure for years now.  My problem is my insurance doesn't cover it, I'm trying to see where I can have it done most economically, yet safely(Mexico maybe).?   Anybody out there going through the same? If I could get feed back from  different people to compare cost, also would like to know how much post surgery follow-up is needed. Any and all comments would be appreciated. I didn't have the sleeve, but I  am looking for a pen pal.  Especially in Miami.

I am thinking of retiring there.  We don't have to discuss weight problems unless

you want to.  I also knit, sew, crochet, love to read, go to movies, etc etc. I
