Good Day! I hope your surgery went well.NOw onto the journey of losing and maintaining! I am 4.5 yrs post RNY and am maintaining......I also had an abdominoplasty 3.5 yrs ago....that was the best thing besides the RNY that I have ever done for myself! although I am not on here often I do check from time to time. if you are interested in "chatting" re: your weight loss journey I am certainly willing to do that!
