I would love to find a friend or two on this site to go through this journey with.  Or someone who has been through this and can be a mentor type.  I feel silly asking like this and not sure if this will work but hey... it's worth a try.

I am looking for someone to help support outside my family through this journey and would love to be a support for you!  We could be supportive of each other.  My surgery is scheduled for 2/11 and I am so excited and scared!  I started my pre-op diet today and finding it interesting to keep from cheating.  But for me I know I have to do it well because I am actually participating in a study at our Army Hospital for reducing belly fat for this and hopefully other abdominal surgeries.  Well anyway**** me up [email protected]  Hope to hear from you soon!

Hey there. I am looking for a friend to go through the surgery with also.....I have a follow up with my surgeon on the 25th of February and they will decide then when to schedule my surgery and I'm kind of freqking out. I hope you are doing well, are filled with hope and excitement, and are enjoying your weekend!!!!
