140 lbs! Wow! Congratulations that's fantastic. I will be having my surgery on July 18. I've just started on my liquid diet yesterday and I'm starving! LOL

Hi. 140 lbs....that's fantastic! I'm just beginning my journey. I had my oreintation yesterday (July 11, 2012) I learned quite a bit from it. My twin sister had this surgery back in Jan. this year and she's lost 90 lbs now and looking great. I need to lose about 120 to be at a healthy weight and I feel that this option may be the best option for me at this point of my life. Please stay in touch. I may have a bunch of questions before and after surgery. thanks

Wow 140 pounds thats wonderful..i have my surgery on Sept 21/12 , i am feeling very scared...i am on the opifast now and omg i am hungry..lol.

On the opfast you can get hungry, but it is in your mind, you are so used to eating it some times is hard to change our eating habits. I was a size 24 now I wear a size 6 (small) I feel amazing no more medicial problems they just disappeared. You will do good keep in touch

Yes i keep looking at the long term!!I have lost 14 pounds so far on opifast......i am just worried about the outcome of my surgery.
