Thanks for adding me...   you made a great decision!! This is about improving your health and improving your quality of life. You will soon learn that not everyone will understand your decision or agree with what you are doing. Forget what everybody else thinks...  this is about you and your the only one that can decide to do this to you. So, you may want to rid yourself of the negative people in your life and stick with the ones that support your decision.
