pen pal... I am in oregon

I live in oregon and looking for someone to be my pen pal. i am still waiting to get my wight loss surgery, but i really need some support and think a pen pal would be great.. i am currently trying to lose weight because i weigh 550 pounds but so depressed..

I know how you feel. I am depressed and waiting also. Meeting with the doctor on monday. You weigh 550 lbs but that does not define your future. This surgery will be such a blessing for you and me. A new leash on life!

Hi, there. My name is Deanna. I live in Vancouver, WA. My doctor is Emma Patterson at Legacy Good Sam in NW Portland. I weigh 460 lbs, so I know where you are coming from.  I'm only three weeks into my insurance mandated 6 month diet. As of June 11, I had lost 7 lbs, but today I weighed again today and gained 8 lbs! My partner tells me it is muscle gained from working out. I feel very frustrated today. BTW - my partner and I are doing the WLS program together. She is 35 and I am 48.
