Seeking a Penpal or Group w/ RNY in Mind

Hello Everyone,

I'm looking for a penpal who has gone through the RNY procedure.  I just had it done last week and as prepared as I thought I was going into the surgery, I have realized there is still so much for me to learn now that the surgery is complete.

 I have noticed a lot of people would like a penpal based on regional location but that isn't significant to me (should it?).  Maybe the only trait I would seek in a penpal is someone around my age.  I'm 30 years old so if you are between 25 and 40, I think we could benefit from each other.

I hope I get a few messages or replies because I could use all the advice/help/motivation that I can get.

I am 31 and based in Ireland so definitely a distane lol. Hope all is going well for you. I am am waiting on my date for RNY so I don't think I would be of great help to you but I can definitely be around for support.

I apologize for not replying sooner.  I developed an ulcer and doing even the basic things was really difficult.  Now that is out of the way...

Have you heard about when you will have your surgery?
