Stalled after four months, need support

I had gastric plication in December--similar to gastric sleeve.  I did great the first few months.  I am down to 189.5 for a total 40lbs so far.  I have been stalled for weeks and just need a little push from other WLS recipients.  I haven't told many people so my usual support network is limited.  I am 41 with three kids.  I had my surgery in Mexico with Dr. Corvala.
