Hi Mark, I'm four weeks out from surgery (lap-RNY) and would love to give what little info I can offer. I'm also quite new here and have gotten lots of awesome responses to the questions and guidance that I needed.

Thanks for the responses.  I was going to go with the lap band but now I am looking towards the sleeve.  I do not believe my insurance covers the sleeve at this time but will check at my next Doctor visit.  The sleeve seems a lot less invasive then RNY and requires no adjustments.  That is mostly what I am basing my decision on.  What are your thoughts?
