Hello! I live in Red Lion! Would love to be an email support for you! I have surgery this coming Friday, the 19th. I, too, have a lot of weight to loose. Highest weight was 356, last weigh in at doctor's office was 331 a week and a half ago. I am on my 10 day prep now - on day 6 of it and so ready for surgery! Trying to get to 175!
