Carroll County, Maryland penpal wanted

Is there anyone in Carroll County still finding themselves struggling to lose weight after GBS. I had RNY 12/17/03 and still haven't made goal. Had some flip flop of pounds but now I really want to lose this last 40-45 lbs and can't seem to get started/where to start???

I live in Owings Mills, though I spend most of my time in Carroll County. I am still a newbie...surgery was at the beginning of June, but I am here if you are interested in helping each other.
