Hi, Looking for the same. My surgery date is the 21st of this month.

Hi, I need someone that has already had the surgery and share notes on the progress.  I am almost 5 weeks post op and I am still having trouble eating.  I am still on liquid and puree foods otherwise my stomach hurts if I try to eat something.  Have you experience this and if so, how long before we can "chew" our meals?  Thanks
