My name is Rachel and I am the mother of two lil ones in Wisconsin. I play World of Warcraft online and work at a hospital lab. I am currently attending college part time for Business management. I would like to have surgery but my insurance doesn't cover it so I either need to pay out of pocket or find a new job, either is going to be tough for me but I really need to do something. My current weight is 310 and it's driving me crazy. If anyone wants to chat let me know!

Hi Rachel,

I would love to chat with you.  I know how you feel.  I have wanted WLS for so very long but my insurance would cover it either.  Then my company changed insurance and now I am covered.  We are on blue cross blue shield now.  I was so excited.  It still took me about a year to get all my classes and tests done.  I am having surgery next Thursday the 27th.  I am so very ready!

My husband is a WOW junkie.  He plays all the time.  I go to school at night as well as work a full time job so that keeps me pretty busy.

I know how hard it is to diet.  I told myself that I would not diet anymore.  It was either WLS or nothing.  Thank god the waiting paid off.

Talk to you soon!

Hi Rachel, My  name is Candice and I have had my surgery done already, its almost been a year. I am a mother of one, but have furry critters to make up for the kids I can not have. I understand how you feel about the weight. When I started out I was 281 lbs and am now sittiing at 205. I haven't been able to lose anymore just yet but hopefully I can get the energy to push myself harder. After having my daughter my body judt quit working and the parts that stayed working were not working properly. I ended up developing a heart condtion and fibrlmyalgia which has placed so many limits on my life that I want to scream. Don't give up, and I am here if you ever need to vent or just want to chat. Good Luck!
