looking for NJ pen pal

Hi,
How are you doing since your surgery? I had mine on May 13th. I had the RNY and I am losing. It's a little rough some days, but I am turning this site to help. Hopefully we could become pen pals - so here's a little about me. My name is Veronica, but every one calls me Cathy. I am 34 and I am married to a pretty wonderful guy (most days). No kids yet...maybe one day. I live in NJ. So tell me a little about yourself. Hope you have a great weekend.

Thanks so much for the reply.  Congrats with your RNY.  It's pretty hard in the beginning isn't it!  But well worth it i think.  Are you still in pain??

Getting all the vitamins and protein in is the hardest part  i think.
I had my RNY on March 9th.  I would say the worst is over.  I have only lost 33 lbs-not much compared to other people.  I'm working on it though.

I'm 47 divorced 15 years.  Have a grown daughter.
Glad to hear you have a pretty good guy for a husband-it sure helps :-).
