Looking for texting / pen pal in Northern Arizona 2/8/2010 is my RNY date

I really want to get a group of people together in my area that we can create friendships and support for eachother.  I am scheduled to have surgery 2/8/2010, and I am begining to get a bit anxious. 

I'd love to be in such a group...but I live down in Mesa.

Sounds great to me! Mesa is not all that far away, not that it really matters in the big scheme of things we just need that added friendship and support.  I will PM you my info.

I'm not in Arizona,,,Colorado actually. but I just wanted to say how excited I am for you on your upcoming surgery! I know how you must be feeling. Mine is set for 2/17 and sometimes I think its crazy to do this. But then I know its crazier to remain unchanged.
I'm excited for you and I to begin a new life soon. I'll say a prayer for you! Keep thinking what your new life as a slender, healthy lady will be like.

I don't mind that you are in Colorado.  It will be fun to get to know you and share this experiance with each other.  I will PM you my info. if you are interested.  You will be so happy when it is finally done, sometimes the waiting is the worst part.  My best to you during your adventure.

I am in Golden valley over by Bullhead and Kingman. I am pretty far north lol. I think you have  agreat idea. I go for surgery in late feb or early march. Anyone who wants a pen pal is welcome to write to me.
