hello everybody im josh im 27 yrs old sum what new to this site but im jus looking  for a pal to talk to who has maybe lost weight or is trying like myself im 27 yrs old and i have high blood pressure and underactive thyroid disease and really trying to lose weight cause i always hear older people say that its hard to lose weight weight when ya get older so im tryin to lose it while im young. i know watch that tv show called big medcine that show kinda scares me thats why im ready for a change.
