Looking for a penpal someone to talk/text with

Hi my name is Shawn and I would like to have a penpal to talk to that knows how I feel about wls and someone I can talk to without thinking I'm crazy for having surgery.  Anyone in any state is it doesn't matter would love someone close to my age late 20's or 30's.  Its hard going through this process alone with no one to talk to.  I would greatly appreciate anyone to talk/text with its hard talking to people when no one knows what you are really going through.

I hear ya... Sometimes i feel so alone in this process. Though all of my friends ask how im doing and feeling, I know that they have no idea what im going through and it can get very lonely. I also have a few friends who are upset that i have had the opportunity to have this surgery to assist me in my weight loss and are very spiteful and pety. I would love to chat and i do hope to hear from you..

Hi all, I just had my surgery 9/28 and so far don't have anyone to really talk about it with either.  My best friend is completely supportive and talks to me about it all the time, but she doesn't get everything because she hasn't had the surgery.  I'm 31 and live with my 2 cats in NJ (no I'm not a crazy cat lady...not yet anyway).  Would love to talk to anyone around my age!
