TEXT PAL?

Hi there.  I probably wouldn't be a great pen-pal as I hate to write with actual pen/paper.  However, I'm great for emails.

I am 15 mos post-op (lap-band) and feel like I've plateaued. I love that I had the procedure and have lost most of my weight.  I just need to get "re-focused".
