Hey, I am so grateful that you replied! Right now, I don't have any. Let me explain.
4 yrs. ago my husband left after 26 yrs. of marriage. I was working but 2 yrs. ago,
I started having alot of medical issues and was put on disability. I was on medicaid, but because my husband pays me 300$ a mth. alimony for 3 yrs. they dropped the medicaid. Said I was over the limit. I now have to try and live off of
just disability. The money he gives goes to pay my house payment. I didn't say that
I lost everything when he left. Will explain more later. But, anyway, I have tried
everything to get it reinstated. I can't even get all my meds everymonth because they
are too expensive. I only get 2 of 7 I need. So, I am trying to find any avenue I can.
I so want to have this and start my new life feeling great, healthy and doing something for me. I now, have trouble walking. I can't walk hardly at all. I want to be able
to enjoy life. How have you been since your surgery? I hope all is well. Give your son a kiss for me. I have 2 darling grandsons, one 3 and one 9. Please write me more. I get so lonely. Thanks! Beth

I Beth.  I live in Southport, NC.  I too feel all alone.  My husband died 2 years ago and it has been very difficult.  We were married over 30 years.  I am 54 years old and had RNY on Jan. 27th of this year.  I hope you find a way to get the surgery.  It was a life saver for me,  I am down over 60lbs from a high of 317 and I am nearly off all my meds.  No more taking 5 shots of insulin daily.  Please feel free to email me anytime.  My family is all out of state and it seems all I do is work and talk to my cats, I raise beautiful Ragdoll kittens.  I also have to sons, but they are in the military.

Hey,
You aren't that far from me. I am so sorry about your husband! I know that was
very hard to go thru. I appreciate you writing me. I would love for us to chat. I
have decided and made my mind up that I am going some how to have the surgery.
I feel right now like I am just existing. I want to become a member of society
again. I want to be able to do things that my Grands want to do and have fun
with them. The first thing is, I am going to quit smoking. I go in June to my Dr.
and I am going to get the Chantix and finally quit. That will certainly help my
breathing and my problems with heart , too. Also, my circulation. I have started
keeping my Grands for my daughter during the day. I come home worn out and
my dogs are waiting on me. They have really been alot of company to me. Don't
know what I would do without them. I wish I was going to be getting the surgery
really soon. Keep me in your prayers. Please write me again and send me a pic of
your cats! I would love to see them. Hope you have a wonderful weekend.
Thanks....Beth
