Looking for pals in southwestern ont.

 I had Ryi surgery April 20/09. I live alone and am feeling very isolated. Haven't found a support group yet and would love to hear from others about some of the questions I have and could definatly benifit from some tips on getting back to eating solid food. Would appreciate hearing from you all!

Dr Hendrick also did my surgery in January of this year.  Where are you in Southern ontario. 
There is a great support group here in windsor. 
Email me anytime you would like to chat.  Having friends going through the same thing is so helpful.  I know it has been for me.

 So glad you replied. I'm going through constant panic attacks because I 'm not having much luck eating. please let me know time, date & place for windsor group and I'll do my best to make it.  I hope to be in Detroit tommorow night for my first support group. I am in London and the group here seems quite disorganized. I feel I ned all the help I can get, I'll go where I have to. Thanks again!

Hi there.. Wow i am sorry to hear the group there isnt that organized.  We have a group meeting the first tuesday in june at 7 pm at the hospice centre on empress.  They send out emails regarding the meetings.  My email address is [email protected].  If you want email me there and when i get messages from  the meetings i will forward them to you.
