So far I have lost 21 Pounds.

Thanks for your note! I am doing well. I'm on soft foods now, but I'm having a problem with some things getting "stuck". I don't know if I'm not chewing enough or what.

I've lost 35 pounds so far (since my pre-admission testing weight, which was my highest).

What kind of foods are you on now?
