Hello, nice to meet you, I am Rhonda. How is your progress going?  I finally went back to the post office last Monday and now my back hurts terribly. I went to the pharmacy to see what I could take and they said only TYLENOL  so I took two arthritis formula and a bengay back patch and it does feel better. Don't mean to complain but I just gotta tell someone..lol

I went back to work on 3/16 and it has been really hard to keep the energy level up.  All seems to be goingwell but I feel like the weight loss is happening too slow for mr.  I want it all off now but I must remind myself that it is a slow process.

I am also in this area and just starting the process. Would like to know your experiences with ins, your docs office, exactly what to expect? I have a 1st meeting on 5-21 with Dr. Singh, nutritionist and psy. I just got my 6 month diet finished today. I have BlueChoice HMO insurance. What else can i expect in the next few weeks?
