Having trouble with this site HELP

I want to use this site but I am having trouble from adding friends to geting the weight loss tickler..and I am no dummy and I need a pen pal friend, dang that sounds terrible like begging just trying to have someone to talk with about this whole process Thanks Karen

Hey I too had problems with the weight ticker but once someone explained it to me I was able to put it right on here ... what you do is go to www.tickerfactory.com  and click on the link weight loss and you will go and choose your back ground and your little tracker and then once it's made you will highlight and copy the picture of the tracker itself (not the code) and from there you will go into the customize my profile on your homepage and click on message board then you will paste the ticker in your signature box and answer the questions and click save and now your ticker will be there
