i just started  my optifast and surgery is next week im find it very difficult not eaitng will life continues at my home i still have to feed my family  im just looking for poiters or something to help me survice this

I cooked meals that didn't require me to be in the kitchen very long. Also knowing that if I cheated... it could affect my surgery helped too.
