need encouragement.. 689 and counting..

I decided to blog my weight loss, so that there would be a public forum behind me... friends, family, and anyone else who might have interest. I want to prove that it is possible, to go to the brink where I believe I reside.. and to come back.  I want to prove that hope should exist for both the hopeless, and the hopefull.

If anyone would drop me a comment, i would greatly appreciate it.. I think this will help me become accountable for my wieght, to both myself and to others.

 i don't do it reguarly (blog) i am on myspace though,  2cut_or_not2cut , still on the fence about surgery though. I believe we all have the will power nside, it just takes encouragement from others to help bring it out!! Best of luck to you. Find some inner peace and rely on your instincts.

i hope its possible. i am both hopeful and hopeless.
but to prove to my family i can get through this and make it out a healthier me that would be the greatest reward
