Happy New Year Lapbanders!

I had the lap band surgery in Denver by Dr. Snyder on June 5th...Needless to say, I have NOT tried to work on my weight loss.   The good news is that I have not gained anything.   So, I need your support everyone.   I am starting to really up my protein and watch my carbs.   I also have only 3 cc's in my band right now.  I need a fill.   I forgot to mention that I live in Omaha now and the move was made from Denver on June 27th.  (New job, new house, new life)

I joined the Biggest Loser Challenge at work.   I had a fill a week ago yesterday and have lost about 5 pounds already!   I am full finally!
