are there still pen pals out there??? Looking for one.

I could not believe it when I found this topic I didnt' realize there were still people who wrote real letters and ..gasp sent them in the mail!! lol..When i was younger I had many many pen pals and loved it. I am looking for someone to write to either email or snail mail. If email I may be slow at answering though I try to answer everyday. my email address is [email protected] look I'm so excited i haven't given any info about myself... I am 29 and waiting to have the Lap band done hopefully within the next 2 months. It's been a long journey and I am ready to start on the next part. i just finished the last of my 6 month supervised dieting and I am hoping they will submit my info to insurance in the next week or so. If anyone wants to share their experiences with the band or life please let me know.. - Charlene

I just found this pen pal forum and think it would be really cool to have a pal.

I am 36 years old.  I had the RNY on 4-16-2008.  I started out at 344#, and am down to 254#.  I am married to a wonderful husband who is very supportive.  I have no children.  I am a registered nurse at a hospital.  I am very glad I had the surgery done. 

Hope your insurance stuff goes thru quickly and easily
