Hi Annie, My name is Emma I have not had surgery yet eighter.  I live in Plattsburgh, New York.  I have my first informational meeting on May 27th.  I am scared and excited all at the same time.  I would love to have some support and encouragement from someone that is going through the same kinda stuff.  My husband is not to thrilled about me having this done but supports my decision.   Some of my interests include animals I love animals they are really my true love other than my children I have 2.  I love collecting angels I am an angel freak anything with an angel on it I have to have it.  Well i'm kinda just running off at the mouth here if you would like to chat please mail me back. Glad to know that you are having your consult in May. Is it the RNY you are also having? My hubby has his fears as well and is looking up info to educate himself.
Yes I love angels as well..I will be having my surgery in utica NY..is that close to you at all?

good morning Annie, You live about 5 or 6 hrs away from me I live about 30 min. from the canadian border.  I would be having my surgery done in saranac Lake, at Adirondack Medical Center by Dr Hill I'm thinking about having a BPD-DS but i'm still  not sure yet!!  My husband fears I will drop dead on the table.  I keep assuring him it will be fine but he's still nervous.  Well I have to go to my sons wrestling tournment so i'll write when I return.  Have a great day******

Best wishes to Annie and Emma.  I have terrific friends in Plattsburg.. Try to see them a couple times a year.  Plattsburg..small little area...but I enjoy it.  Very restful!!!!  Ottawa!!! Just shy of New Orleans on my list of favorite cities in the world!!!  I love Ottawa!!!  The history, the cleanliness, the buildings!!!  LOVE IT!!!
